The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the motherin-law of the deceased; and marriage was solemnized in 2020 and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her.
