This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354-B, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that the incident occurred on account of land dispute and the allegation of having fired by the petitioner did not hit anyone, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheswar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020, subject to the
