The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report there is specific allegation against co-accused Rajiv Kumar Ram of kidnapping the daughter of informant namely Antima Kumari with conspiracy of his mother and sister.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in the instant case because he is father of Rajiv Kumar Ram. He has no role in kidnapping of the victim girl.

The victim girl has given statement under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39494 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 164 Cr. P.C. which has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein she has stated that she has voluntarily married with Rajiv Kumar Ram.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.4.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
