The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 984 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was returning to his house the petitioner and others caught him. Firstly Sanjay Jha fired which did not hit the informant. The petitioner is also alleged to have fired but the firing did not hit the informant. It is further alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and the petitioner snatched a chain of gold worth Rs. 45000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner is in jail since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1311 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 21.11.2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 984 of 2016.
