Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that the petitioner was in possession of foreign liquor. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39432 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 Special Case No. 4597 of 2019 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 298 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
