Petitioner who has got fair antecedent as per para-3 of the petition was found in drunken condition having in possession 100 ml of country made liquor and for that is under custody since 07.09.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner Amit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No.C-92(7)/2016.
