Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant while was going to Magadh Mahila College, having a mobile in her hand deprived of by scooty borne criminals who were chased and one of them, the petitioner, was apprehended and from whose possession a mobile was recovered. Considering the period of detention since 21.04.2018 along with absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition, petitioner Monu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
