The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 485 of 2016 arising out of Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2016, having no criminal antecedent and several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 39400 of 2016, 38869 of 2016, 44788 of 2016, 51226 of 2016, 308862 of 2016 and 30902 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47595 of 2016 (4) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S.
