The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Adhapur P.S.Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is with regard to recovery of 07 liters of Nepali wine from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.03.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
