====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that confession of the petitioner led to recovery of the vehicle, used in course of occurrence for committing murder of the deceased.

A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported that the case is at the stage of argument. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37574 of 2020(3) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 S.T. No. 338 of 2019 arising out of Sakri P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 is rejected.

Learned trial court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial at the earliest.
