Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 323, 341, 354, 406, 420, 467, 468, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he cheated to several person on the pretext of providing them loan from the Bank. Petitioner is not holding any post either in the Bank or in the Block. Hence, any prudent person is not expected to give money to anyone for such purpose.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47382 of 2018(8) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 29.08.2018. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.08.2018 in connection with Sahpur Patory P.S.Case No.341 of 2017 is hereby confirmed.
