The petitioner seeks bail in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 440 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 359 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.10.2019. This is second attempt. Vide order dated 10.02.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'Z'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for evidence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1479 of 2021(3) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
