2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 384, 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2013/G.R. No. 2485 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the extra judicial confessional statement of coaccused Umesh Yadav and nothing incriminating have been recovered from the petitioner who claims clean antecedents.

4. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.12.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2013/G.R. No. 2485 of 2013 is hereby confirmed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
