ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 26.5.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No.4285 of 2015, but due to inadvertence even though it was stated in the petition that the Petitioner is an accused in earlier cases, condition No.2 was imposed.

Let the order dated 26.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.4285 of 2015 be modified to the extent that the Condition No.2 be deleted.

The Court below is directed to accept the money from the Petitioner and deposit it in the Nazarat in terms of the earlier order.

In view of aforesaid, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioner for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34090 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 surrender in the Court below.
