The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 406, 407, 408, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in Dinara P.S. case no. 06 of 2016. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is a mere farmer and nowhere directly concerned with the allegation made in FIR interalia that different PACS Chairman has committed irregularities while purchasing excess paddy against issuance of enforcement of paddy and co-accused Ahari Mahanth Chandrabhan Das having similar allegation has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 24.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 26405 of 2016. It has further been submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than two months.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that petitioner is in custody for about two months, the bail application of petitioner is allowed and he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. case no. 06 of 2016.
