The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27/25(1B)A/26 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that five unknown miscreants snatched a bag containing Rs.6 lacs and fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has not been put on T.I.P. One lac rupees is said to have been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. Same is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38711 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 claimed by the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 18.03.2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 18.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. case No.112 of 2019.
