2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's transfer was made after completion of tenure of three years, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of transfer dated 10.06.2015 specially when he has already been relieved on 19.06.2015.

3. The only thing, which would weigh in favour of the petitioner at this stage, is the serious condition of his wife, who is said to be suffering from cancer.

4. Thus, if the respondent- District Programme Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10266 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 Muzaffarpur finds possibility of adjusting the petitioner to any other place from where he can conveniently look after his ailing wife that may be considered by the competent authority at an early date and preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Court also hopes and believes that the District Programme Officer, having regard to the condition of ailing wife of the petitioner, will make some arrangement for the time being by posting the petitioner at a place from where he can easily look after his ailing wife.

6. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
