Petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S.Case No.385 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 380 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26(ii), 35 of Arms Act. Informant has alleged that in the night of 12.10.2017 while she was sleeping with her mother a thief entered the room and took away two mobiles and on hearing some noise she and her mother woke up then he fled away but while fleeing one magazine loaded with five cartridges and two slippers were left by him which were handed over to the police and F.I.R. was registered. From the possession of the petitioner theft mobile was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 31.3.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
