Although the petitioner endeavourd to question the notice dated 9.10.2013 whereby the election to the People Housing Construction Society Ltd. was notified inter alia on grounds that more than 50% of the posts had been reserved but when taken up it has been fairly accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the election has already taken place to the society. In the circumstances, the issue raised has become academic rendering the prayer infructuous and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
