Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 506, 307, 427, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of giving life threatening to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation no offence under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36045 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 Section 307 of the IPC is made.

This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent which gets reflected from the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
