====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 253 of 2023 dated 25.02.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 337, 338, 225, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the instant matter relates to running manufacturing unit of illicit liquor and the petitioner is stated to have been arrested with two other co-accused persons at the spot but the said allegation is completely false and the same is also not specific against him and other allegation regarding causing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43650 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 mischief to the police party is against others and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 26.02.2023 and against him the investigation has been completed.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering the above submissions, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 253 of 2023. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
