The Petitioner seeks bail in Kasma P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 386, 435, 427, 341, 341, 504, 506, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since, 16.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. It has been further submitted that some of the coaccused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.02.2017 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25157 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 2853 of 2017, order dated 28.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19058 of 2017, order dated 06.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 44513 of 2016 and order dated 15.02.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2776 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S.
