Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dumaria Ghat P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a different Bench of the Court vide Order dated 28.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55684 of 2021.

Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

No.42023 of 2022(5) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Dumaria Ghat P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
