2. Claming to be a Social Worker and Member of 20 Points Programme Committee, P.S. Baikunthpur, DistrictGopalganj and R.T.I. Activists, the petitioner had filed a Public Interest Litigation, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
giving rise to CWJC No. 25466 of 2013, seeking, inter alia, a direction from this Court to take appropriate legal action against the Principal of V.M. High School-cum-Inter College, Gopalganj, in the background of a report, dated 24.08.2012, submitted by District Education Officer, Gopalganj, for having committed irregularities and misappropriated the fund of the School. The petitioner had also sought for a direction to the Collector, Gopalganj, to take action for recovery of entire misappropriated money from the Principal of the said V.M.High School-cum Inter College, Gopalganj.
3. This Court disposed of the writ application, being CWJC No. 24566 of 2013, by order, dated 02.01.2014, in following terms:- "We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the State.
If the Government provides funds to the V.M. High School-cum-Inter College, Gopalganj from the Tax payers money, the Government owes a duty to ensure that the funds are not misappropriated and retains full authority to even stop all grants in aid subject to its satisfaction. This application stands disposed."
4. The petitioner, now, seeks review of the said order,
dated 02.01.2014, as, according to him, because of the said order of this Court, all grants-in-aid to the said School has been stopped adversely affecting the proper functioning of the School.

There are altogether nine grounds taken by the petitioner in his application seeking review of the order of this Court dated 02.01.2014; but none of them are acceptable grounds for review of an order passed by the same court. It is not the case of the petitioner that order under review suffers from any mistake or error apparent on the face of record nor is there any plea that discovery of any new facts has necessitated filing of the review petition.
6. In our opinion, this petition, seeking review of the order passed by this Court, in public interest litigation, in facts and circumstance, lacks bona fide.
7. We do not find any merit in this application. This application for review is, accordingly, dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) I.A. Ansari, ACJ:- I agree.
