JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. It is contended that allegedly a huge quantity of liquor was recovered from the Scorpio vehicle which was being driven by another co-accused but also boarded by the petitioner. It is urged that the petitioner is a student and he is of tender age. The seizure list also does not disclose any recovery from the personal possession of the petitioner. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2016 and his antecedent is clean.

No.42809 of 2016 (2) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mali P.S. Case No.37 of 2016.
