JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-06-2017 Heard Mr. Viveka Nand Singh, the learned advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 406, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare perusal of the First Information Report would show that the informant has instituted the present case for the alleged recovery of money which she claims as her wages for 60 days. He would further submit that although there are allegations that this petitioner along with some unknown person was putting pressure on the informant for indulging in sexual relationship but there is no specific allegation of any such act. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there are offences alleged under non-bailable sections of IPC.

In the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove and considering the nature of allegation which appears vague, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, namely, Radhe Sharma on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Uda Kishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Alamnagar P.S.
