Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, an unknown person snatched the motorcycle of the informant after committing assault with stones causing injury at the head of the informant. The people there disclosed that the petitioner was a person, who had snatched the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 29.05.2020. He was not put on T.I. Parade, during investigation of the case, before the informant. However, informant has filed a compromise petition that the petitioner was not involved in the case.

No.38362 of 2020(3) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Muffasil Police Station Case No.315 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
