JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.9967 of 2003 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 01.04.2014. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the date of compliance of the order dated 01.04.2014 is extended till 07.10.2015 and C.W.J.C. No.9967 of 2003 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 01.04.2014 is fully complied within the aforesaid time, if not already complied.
