The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.32 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, one Satyam Kumar alias Ranu was apprehended by the police in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.66 of 2017 in which he disclosed the name of the petitioners and others as his associates indulged in the present crime. Thereafter, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25164 of 2017 (4) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 petitioners were remanded in the present case on 20.02.2017 and, thereafter, they were further remanded in three other cases, as detailed in paragraph-3 to this application.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.32 of 2017. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioners, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioners. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioners. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
