The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, four un-known accused persons, on two motorcycles, are alleged to have looted the informant on pistol point and took away various articles including cash of Rs. 17,000/- from his pocket, one Samsung Mobile, motorcycle and his bag.

No.38346 of 2019(3) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that FIR was registered against un-known and the name of three persons transpired in course of investigation on the confessional statement of petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the three petitioners, who are students of Engineering and are in custody since 05.01.2019.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they are in custody since 05.01.2019 this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018.
