The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 411 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons on the motorcycles were stopped for checking and arms and ammunitions were recovered from the possession of the co-accused.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He is in custody since 20.6.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has no criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Brahmpur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case no.312 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
