Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1517 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2 / 2 Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 & 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
