The learned single Judge while considering the claim of the appellant, who was the petitioner in the court below, has very clearly and categorically held that the organization, which is known as Central Board of Higher Education, New Delhi, is not an

Patna High Court LPA No.1443 of 2015 dt.11-01-2017 2/2 institution recognized by any authority and is also not a validly recognized certification by the State of Bihar as well. It is a fraudulent organization which is making money by selling degrees which people have been able to use and misuse according to their convenience.

If this be so, no error has been committed by the learned single Judge in rejecting the claim of the petitioner by refusing to grant any relief which could facilitate her appointment or continuance as a Panchayat Teacher.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
