The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.05C3 of 2016 registered under Section 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged liquor has been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner and others in which several persons are residing. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
