The Petitioner seeks bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since, 03.04.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent. One of the coaccused from whose possession 72 bottles of 750 ml has been recovered has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 01.06.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24984 of 2017.

No.25910 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017.
