Petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S.Case No.47 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the I.P.C. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and allegation is of recovery of T.V. from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and the T.V. belongs to the petitioner itself. He is accused in one more case in which he is on bail. He is in custody since 4.2.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two
