JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29419 of 2019 whereby period of surrender was extended for further four weeks to enable the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bonds in connection with Sangrampur PS Case No. 134 of 2018 which is pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to illness petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period, therefore, prayed for further four weeks time.

3. For the reasons assigned in the petition, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to
