The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. No one has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
