1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.

2. The defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had earlier moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22790 of 2025 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 16.05.2025, it is further submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.

4. The Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application, as on the earlier occasion when

No.53211 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 then anticipatory bail application was heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing vehemently for some times realizing his difficulty had sought permission to withdraw Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22790 of 2025, as such, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
