2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 IPC registered in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 830/2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties.

4. Learned APP appears and opposes the petition submitting that the elder brother of the informant Tabarak has sustained grievous injury on his head, being a vital part of the body, as a result of assault attributed directly to the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and the grievous injury sustained by Tabarak attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38599 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
