This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is alleged that five litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but the same has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner has clean antecedent and has been languishing in judicial custody since 19.10.2016.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that the

No.55485 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the recovery is only five litres of country made liquor and he has been in judicial custody since 19.10.2016, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Udakishunganj, District - Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016.
