This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sakra P.S. Case N0. 134 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420,467,468,471,120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is wife of co-accused Rakesh Mahto, who is said to be the main accused and has been arrested. The petitioner's name has figured in the First Information Report on the basis of certain disclosures made by the said Rakesh Mahto himself.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that on the basis of said disclosures made by Rakesh Mahto some other persons have also named in the First Information Report including Aftab Alam and Dabbu Singh, who have been allowed anticipatory bail.

No.39789 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 Since the aforesaid two persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 4th, East, Muzaffarpur in Sakra P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
