JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation leveled against the petitioner is with regard to recovery of looted pistol from the person of the petitioner and the co-accused person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2017. It is further submitted that the co-accused person, similarly situated has already been granted regular bail by a Bench of this court by an order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27107 of 2017 (2) dt.15-06-2017 2/2 22.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No. 22946 of 2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, are directed to be released on regular bail after completion of six months of custody. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to release the petitioner on regular bail immediately upon completion of six months of custody, subject to such condition, which it may impose.
