2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have fired a shot which did not hit anyone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Manjhaul Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

(ii) Both the bailors will be blood relatives of the petitioner.
