2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the memo no. L-903, dated 11.03.2022 and memo no. L-907, dated 11.03.2022 (Annexures P/8 and P/8-A respectively) issued under the signature of District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas (Sasaram) by which the salary of the petitioners have been stopped since March 2022.

3. In view of prayer made on behalf of petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 6/District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such
