Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 307, 324, 326, 436, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was identified, at his own instance, as member of 10 to 12 persons, who had attacked the house of the informant and committed murder of Ramchandra Gond and arson in the house of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2014.
Paragraph 3 of the bail petition reveals that the petitioner is accused in 38 cases criminal cases, all of serious nature, hence, the petitioner is a history-sheeter. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to

The prayer for bail is refused.
However, the learned Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
