It has been alleged that petitioner along with others were apprehended by the prosecution party and during course thereof, from the possession of co-accused countrymade pistol along with other articles were seized. So far petitioner is concerned nothing has been recovered. Furthermore, it is also apparent that on the confessional statement of one Mantu Rai so many stolen motorcycle were recovered.
To explain criminal antecedent as incorporated under para-3 of the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred certified copy of Chapra Town P.S. Case No.73/2015 as well as Chapra Town P.S. Case No.115/2016 having been launched by same and similar person, namely, Krishna Mahto in the background of land dispute. Furthermore, petitioner happens to be under custody since 07.10.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55153 of 2016 (3) dt.09-01-2017 Accordingly, petitioner Sonu Rai @ Sonu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
