Let the defects be removed within four weeks of the start of the physical Court.

By order dated 17.07.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51474 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 No. 1789 of 2018, the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail. However petitioner no. 6 could not surrender within time granted. Thereafter by order dated 10.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17784 of 2021, further four weeks' time was allowed to petitioner no. 6 on payment of cost of Rs.10000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund.

Submission is that the cost has been deposited but due to COVID effect, the petitioner no.6 could not furnish bail bond. Considering the submission aforesaid, further four weeks' time is allowed to petitioner no.6 for furnishing bail bond by way of last chance.
