Petitioner is accused in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 415 of 2016 registered under Section 414/34 of the I.P.C.

Co-accused was arrested along with stolen motorcycle. In his confessional statement, name of the petitioner transpired. The petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2016, which is wrongly mentioned as 27.06.2016 in the bail petition. Submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing is recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43663 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 as well as the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 415 of 2016.

Permission is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make necessary correction in paragraph no.11 of the bail petition.
