ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 15.5.2014, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura in Misc. (Maintenance) case No.86 of 2010 has allowed maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he is a teacher in Government School and is not able to pay Rs.10,000/- per month since after deduction he gets only Rs.14,229/-. The
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.467 of 2014 dt.21-09-2015 2/2 Petitioner submits that he is ready to pay Rs.6500/- per month. Considering the income of the Petitioner, I would be inclined to accept such a prayer. Hence the order dated 15.5.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura in Misc. (Maintenance) case No.86 of 2010 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.6500/- per month to the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 instead of Rs.10,000/-.
The application stands disposed of.
